Mrs. Giannamore has been teaching in the Georgia Public School System since 1996.  She began her career at West Side Elementary in Catoosa County where she taught for 5 years.  She came to Ringgold Elementary in 2001 and has enjoyed working with 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades.

I grew up on Signal Mountain in the beautiful state of Tennessee. I am one of four girls, and I learned to appreciate outdoor activities at an early age.  We often enjoyed camping, hiking, swimming, jogging and biking as a family.  I graduated from Red Bank High School in 1990, and attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga on a track and cross country scholarship.  I received a B.S. degree in Elementary Education in 1994 and went to work for the Catoosa County school system as an SIA teacher at West Side Elementary.  I moved into a first grade position the very next year and stayed there for four more years.  I moved to Ringgold Elementary in 2001.  It's been an honor and a privilege to teach the children here.  I have worked with third, fourth, and fifth grade, but the majority of my teaching experience has been in third grade.  I'm thrilled to have a new position in physical education!

I currently live in Ringgold, Georgia with my husband-Todd, daughter-Carol Anne, and our cat-Mac. I enjoy running, cycling, swimming, reading, cooking, and spending time in God's Word.  We attend Woodland Park Baptist Church.
